The appartement at 4 rue Lamartine

Welcome to 4 rue Lamartine where I am delighted to welcome you to my pretty town house located a stone’s throw from the Collegiale church. A small typically Provencal triplex house of 74m2 including a lobby where you can store your bikes, on the first floor you will find the living room and the kitchen, finally on the second floor, two bedrooms and a large bathroom.

For this renovation, I wanted a little more color, while keeping the old materials already existing such as the Provencal tiles found on the steps of the staircase and on the bathroom floor, the original parquet flooring in the bedrooms and the terrazzo-style cement tiles on the kitchen floor. In terms of decoration, I wanted to mix old objects and crafts, from Morocco with the pendant lights in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, zellige in the shower, and from Andalusia with the custom-made splashback in the kitchen.

Light is passing through the rooms, what a joy to wake up to the magnificent sight of colors from sunrise on the bathroom walls!
On the street side, on your right an arm of the Sorgue ; in front of you an immense oleander ; and on your left a few steps away, the market square, the Café de France, the Collegiale Church.
